We launched in 2019. Then the world changed. (You were probably busy holding it up.) And now?

We’re bringing it back. Leading Left—the community for women who lead, lift, and live life in bold. Whether you helped shape it from day one or you’ve just been waiting for something real to say “yes” to, this is your official (re)introduction.

You’re not looking for more noise. You’re looking for more alignment.That’s why this is invite-only. Like finds like. Women who lead. Women who get it. Diverse voices, shared intention, no egos.

What we’re building together:

• Real-talk convos with powerhouse women (not panels that make you want to disappear into your chair)

• Curated experiences—some IRL, some online—because life is busy, and sometimes you just can’t leave your desk

• A blend of speaker events, integrated experiences, and strategy nights that make space for all the ways we show up

• Conversations that energize (not exhaust)

• A place to laugh about life, lead through it, and yeah—maybe even talk about perimenopause without pretending it’s a dirty word

It’s not a course. Not a club. And definitely not another networking group.

It’s a community that actually gives a damn—and takes action.
